I’m speaking at the 2nd annual “Career Exploration Day” at Johns Hopkins Medicine!

Tomorrow I will be speaking at the JHU School of Medicine’s 2nd annual “Career Exploration Day.” This is an exciting event that brings middle- and high-school Baltimore City Public School students to Johns Hopkins to learn about a variety of exciting topics, including robotics, nursing, stem cells, the human brain, and much more. Students will have chances to win iPods and iPads, as well as hear from some great speakers including:

@92QJAMSBMORE DJ Angel Carpenter a.k.a. DJ Angel Baby

– Weekend Morning Edition anchor Gigi Barnett (Ch. 13 WJZ TV @CBSBaltimore)

– The comedian Meshelle: The Indie-Mom of Comedy, who you can follow on Twitter @MESHELLEcomedy as well as on Facebook

– And of course, yours truly! I’ll be speaking from 9:55-10:30 in the Turner Auditorium, and I’m hoping to inspire these students with my Dream, Create, Go! message.

JHU Medicine has put out a news release with tons of information if you want to learn more about this exciting event.
